The staff at reception were helpful and kind, especially Sandra Lopez and Ignacio. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and the Spanish TV programming was a great bonus for those learning the language. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and a nearby market and restaurants. we highly recommend this place.

The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable, with a cozy bed that exceeded my expectations. Despite being an external room, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel's location near the metro station made it convenient to navigate this city, and within just 15 minutes, I was able to reach the center of town. I was kinda surprised by the option to have breakfast delivered to my room, a lifesaver on a rainy morning when I couldn't find any open establishments nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and definitely plan on returning.

The location was convenient, as it was very near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. there were bus stops nearby, providing further transportation options.
Some guests reported that the staff did not speak English well, making communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby Metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the option of having an extra bed for my children.
